Question 1

What are listing positions #1 to #10?

Accepted Answer

Every category page shows businesses in Top 10 paid slots first, before the free listings. #1 appears at the very top, #2 just below it, and so on — so a paid position guarantees your business is seen before everyone else in your city and category.

Question 2

How does monthly billing work?

Accepted Answer

Each Top 10 position is billed monthly at the price shown on its card. You pay from the day your placement goes live, and you can renew or stop at the end of any month — no long-term contract. Contact sales to start a placement and we will set up billing for you.

Question 3

How do discounts and offers apply?

Accepted Answer

When a position has an active discount, the original price is crossed out and the discounted price is shown, along with the percentage off and any offer label (such as a festive offer). Discounts apply automatically while the offer is running — the final price is what you pay.

Question 4

Is a free listing really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating and publishing your business listing is free forever — photos, contact details, hours, Google Map embed and customer reviews included. Paid Top 10 positions are optional and only affect where you appear in search results.

Question 5

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Click "List your business free" to create your listing in a few minutes. Once it is approved, it appears on the site. Then contact sales to book a Top 10 position — we will confirm availability in your city and category and activate your placement, usually the same day.

Question 6

Can I choose my city, category and local area?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each placement is tied to one category in one city, with an optional local area. If you serve multiple areas or cities, contact sales about booking positions in more than one location.
